Item Description
Large and impressive 31.5x43.5" frame contains oil on canvas original art that has been professionally double-matted to 24x36". Art was painted by Edward Runci (1921-1986), a painter best known for his pin-up paintings of the 1950s and 1960s. A contemporary of Gil Elvgren, both popular artists painted in the Sundblom style and saw their work grace countless calendars as well as being used by Coca-Cola. Runci's original pin-up paintings easily command five figures w/collectors. Painted c. 1982, this art depicts a barn w/fenced in yard, high sand dunes visible in the bkg. Runci has boldly signed at lower right. Exc. and ready for display.
