Art is by Dan Barry (who created art for the "Flash Gordon" Sunday page from 1967-1990) and features nine panels (w/paste-over title stat in first panel). Both Flash Gordon and Dale Arden are seen in first panel, witnessing robot explode,that causes them to have to flee underground base w/the help of the Spy-Eye, which leads them to surface of planet, that seems to be self-destructing w/o the watchful eye of its robot creator.
