1.25" has red rim w/white text reading "The Man Who Knows How/World Painless Dentists, 352 Fulton Street, Jamaica, N.Y." At center is cartoon body with photographic head of the dentist holding a fearsome tooth extractor. Like the one other example we've seen, no back paper but curl names Bastian Bros.
