8.5x11" offset litho. flyer on goldenrod paper advertises Halloween, 1980 concert that was to take place at Rat's Palace in San Francisco, CA but was ultimately canceled after a riot broke out at a Los Angeles Black Flag concert a week earlier that also featured D.O.A. This "Mini-Riot" is referred in text along right side of flyer. Concert was to be headlined by Black Flag along w/No Alternative, Impatient Youth and Nubs. Scattered staining at center w/some scattered lt. handling wear. VF overall. Obtained at time of show by consignor.
