Item Description
4.25" tall two-piece bisque nodder, unmarked but likely German made, c. early 1900s. Underside has incised "8418" number. Head is separate bisque piece on long neck pillar, thin wire going through neck, allowing head to nod from side to side. Some scattered aging and paint wear to edges of Happy Hooligan's hat. Fine/VF overall. Great design. Rare and first we've offered in our 52 years.
