Commandery; 10) Pittsburgh Duquesne Commandery; 11) St. Alban Commandery; 12) Oriental 61 KT; 13) Coatesville, Pa Centennial Commandery; 14) Allentown, Pa. Commandery; 15) Boston Constantine Commandery; 16) San Francisco Golden Gate Commandery; 17) St. Johns Drill Corps with engraved reverse " D.O. Boorse / St. Johns Com'dy / No. 4 K.T.
