Item Description
1-3/8" enameled brass w/horizontal bar pin on reverse and imprint "OPI." Additional text "1960 - 6.22" and featuring US and South Korean flags. Issued for Ike's June 22, 1960 address to the National Assembly. Minor wear and toning to brass back. Enamel is completely intact. Exc. Only the second example we've encountered in 52 years.
