Item Description
8.5x11" stiff paper folder w/front reading "War Declared RCA War Production Drive Committee To Beat The Promise On Waste" features illustrations of Hitler, Mussolini and Tojo w/text below each "Wasted Material, Wasted Power, Wasted Time" and "Let's Hang The Rats!" below. Front cover is hinged at top, and when opened, a die-cut illustration of the three Axis leaders are raised up on the gallows w/a crying vulture w/swastikas on his wings perched on top. Text reads "Hang These Rats That Gnaw Our Production Lines!" followed by lengthy text explaining the importance to not wasting time, materials and power. Back has black section for "WOW" (War on Waste) suggestions. Lines are provided for suggestions and date, name, location, clock number, indicating that this was distributed at RCA factories/offices. Scattered handling wear w/some margin aging. Some scattered staining on unused back. Fine/VF overall. Rare.
