Item Description
Pair of boxed 1950s sets. 4.75x7.25" mailer box has "Space Patrol Toys" return address and features image of Buzz Corry holding Space-O-Phone, continuing onto back panel w/space scene. Box is missing all flaps from left end as well as securing flap (which had about half of Corry's face on it) and shows scattered edge/corner tip wear. VG. Box is very rare. Ralston premium consists of matching pair of 4.25" tall red/white color variety hard plastic phone units w/"Space Patrol" logo and original long length of string which is still wrapped around original cardboard spool. NM and complete w/thin plastic antennas which were easily broken and usually missing. Comes w/aged instruction sheet. Scarce as boxed. 5.75x9.5x2" deep illustrated box w/display lid contains set made by J&L Randall Ltd. of England. Shares "Space Patrol" name, but this is not related to the TV show. Box features nicely illustrated insert  w/all features listed. Box has some scattered handling wear w/creases across display lid and to front side panel of box, which has 1" tear. Box is Fine overall. Handsets have futuristic design which includes "Atomic Booster Rings, Sonic Cable Terminal, Space Signal Intake Vanes." Complete w/original long length of string which is still wrapped around original plastic spool. NM. Both are the actual examples shown in "The Official Price Guide To Pop Culture Memorabilia" by Ted Hake and comes with COA.
