Included are: half sheet letter requesting $10.00 in dues to join the club dated July 31, 1936 (horizontal mailing fold and crease at bottom left, VF); cover letter advising the committee of the payment dated Aug. 1; "Membership Receipt" dated Aug. 3; formal letter on club stationery that acknowledges membership dated Aug. 4 (two horizontal mailing folds, ink notation at top right and minor handling wear, Fine); "Roosevelt In '36 Club" membership card w/FDR portrait at top left (light brown staining at top left from metal button back and paper clip, VF) and cello button w/St. Louis Button Co. back paper.
