Item Description
Original illustrated mailing envelope contains complete 1967 premium that consists of 10x16.5" thin die-cut cardboard Cap'n Crunch hat and sheet w/his iconic mustache and hat topper. Comes w/10.5x16.75" thin cardboard sheet advertising two other Cap'n Crunch premiums - "Guppy Sailing Ship" available for $1.25 and two Cap'n Crunch boxtops and "Cap'n Crunch Turtle-Neck Shirt" which was available for $2 and one boxtop. Envelope w/typed recipient name/address label shows some scattered margin aging and inked address along edge but is VF overall. Contents remain NM as factory-sealed. Open example has some loose perforations to die-cut sheet, but premium remains unused and Exc. Envelope w/typed address label shows obvious wear/aging on front and is VG. Scarce premium in general, let alone offered as a sealed example.
