21.75x28" w/"Lith. Geo. Schlegel, New York" in lower right field. Thin paper flush mounted to cardboard. Advertising "American Empire Cigar" w/ additional text "Deservedly Popular/ Jno. G. Spatz & Co., Manufacturers" below. Flanking portrait are vignettes of the "Battle Manila Harbor May 1st 1898" and the "Paris Peace Convention Dec. 10th 1898." Light edge wear w/only a few small chips of missing paper and tiny horizontal tears that would easily frame out. Displays VF. A high quality print w/terrific detail, color and gold areas featuring subtle raised details. Only the third example known to us. A striking display piece in any collector den.
