Item Description
8.5x11" w/11 single-sided sheets attached to plain cardboard back cover. Features elaborate text explaining 1957 promotion, including sample typed letter w/"Duncan Renaldo - Cisco Kid" facsimile signature and sheet showing game w/space for sponsor's name. Price list w/minimum order of 500 games runs from 1,000 for 12.5¢ each to 25,000 for 8.5¢ each. Top margin has been re-stapled, but still VF/Exc. overall. An exceptional rarity and the only known example, this is the actual example shown in "The Official Price Guide To Pop Culture Memorabilia" by Ted Hake and comes with COA. Comes w/two additional single-sided sheets, stapled together at top left. Both features same design (on different color paper), showing game (see following item) and w/order form for game. Corner tip wear and some aging. VF overall.
