1.75" w/union bug in field at 6 o'clock. Curl has text "Button Works 300 Broad St. Nevada City, CA" and "Wm. Hartman Treasurer San Francisco." Moderate surface wear most notably a tiny 1/8" surface indentation at 12 o'clock. Exc. Milk lost this race by less than 4,000 votes but went on to be elected to the San Francisco Board of Supervisors in 1977 making him the first openly gay candidate elected to public office.
