This extensive, 14-piece lot consists of Frank Buck items issued 1930-1942. Includes souvenirs, promotional pieces, and store items, mostly pertaining to Buck's famous "Bring 'Em Back Alive" theme and/or his appearances at the 1934 Century of Progress and 1939 New York World's Fairs. Lot includes 6x8" hardcover "Bring 'Em Back Alive" book by Buck and Edward Anthony. Book is complete w/dust jacket, which has fade to spine and some scattered edge wear. Book is VF overall. Lot also includes two versions of the "Capturing Wild Elephants" soft cover book, "Wild Cargo" film supplement, "Jacaré" documentary herald, postcard and NYWF booklet, Stevens rifles promotional booklet, NYWF "Jungleland" felt pennant, brass letter opener, brass token and flyer w/"Sky Ride" insert as well as two buttons featuring Buck's portrait - 1.25" dia. cello "Frank Buck's Jungle Camp" button and 1.5" dia. litho 1934 "Frank Buck Club" button issued at the 1934 World's Fair. Both have "'Bring 'Em Back Alive'" text at top. Condition varies from Fine to Exc. w/most in the Fine range. An instant collection and a rare opportunity to obtain this much material all at once, many of which are the actual examples shown in "The Official Price Guide To Pop Culture Memorabilia" by Ted Hake and comes with COA.
