Item Description
1-3/8x2-5/8x3/8" thick celluloid-covered match safe features color-tinted illustration of "Ye Salem Witch" riding broomstick through the moonlit sky w/black cat passenger. Opposite side features color-tinted photo of "Old Witch House - Salem, Mass." (better known as the Jonathan Corwin House, photo was taken prior to its 1940s restoration to its original state as seen today). Early 1900s. Nickel-plated caps including hinged lid. Celluloid is evenly aged but match safe is clean and VF overall.
