6.25" long. "Delegate" hanger w/ribbon has additional text "Republican State Convention Saratoga, N.Y. Sept. 14, 1904." Suspended from ribbon is ornate metal hanger w/a 1" sepia toned real photo cello. jugate at center. Top hanger has slight bend and ribbon has moderate wear to gilt text. VF. Eagle medallion and cello are Exc. Rare.
