2-1/8" w/W&H back paper and spring pin holding ribbon w/W&H paper label on the reverse. Issued to a "Delegate" to the "Republican State Convention" on "July 20, 1904." Ribbon has trivial handling wear retaining all of its gilt lettering. Button has only light surface wear in reflected light. Exc. displaying Mint. A high grade example of this always popular badge.
