Item Description
Original 26.25x47x2.5" deep cardboard shipping box contains unused 73.5" tall cardboard standee display featuring life-sized image of Star Wars villain Darth Vader. Separate "Coming Soon" and "Get Yours Today" cardboard attachments for Vader's chest. ©1983 Lucasfilm Ltd./Burger King Corporation. Standee was used in Burger King restaurants to promote set of premium Star Wars glasses offered by the restaurant chain. Comes w/glossy 21.5x29.5" poster that reads "Star Wars - Return Of The Jedi - Coming To A Theatre In Your Galaxy May 25th." Exc. 8-3/8x11" promotion guide booklet for restaurant use includes chart to record number of broken glasses received. Booklet has some pinch creases to spine and spot of surface paper lift at top of front cover. Fine. Envelope marked "Interior Numbers - Whaler" contains two strips of menu price sticker numbers while larger envelope marked "LSM Slick" remains sealed. Standee and assembly instructions remain sealed in original plastic bag and are unused as such. NM. Shipping box is complete w/cardboard insert containing menu strips for Whaler fish sandwich and collapsible plastic water counterweight container. Shipping box shows expected scattered wear and is Fine overall. Scarce as unused.
