13.25x17.5" flat from 1961 features Buffalo Bee mascot on front w/box advertising "Speedy Spaceman" premium that was very similar in design as previous item and was also issued as a box insert. Back panel has "Speedy Spaceman" image which depicts premium and instructions on how to use w/balloon for wind-powered racing. Unused file copy w/no folds. Some lt. corner tip wear and scattered handling. Exc./NM. From the archives of premium creators Sam & Gordon Gold and comes with LOA.
