Item Description
Fritz Bueschel/Lackawanna Mfg. Co. produced a series of six different tops in the early 1930s (distributed by Geo. Borgfeldt), three different sizes and w/either red top or striped color schemes. All six had different Disney images. As tops spin, they both produce musical hum. Offered here are 8" dia. by 10" tall tin litho featuring images of Mickey Mouse playing an accordion, Minnie Mouse, Pluto and The Big Bad Wolf chasing after the Three Little Pigs. Company mark on underside. Some lt. scattered wear from use but still glossy and VF overall. 6.75" dia. by 7" tall w/company mark on top edge. Images include Mickey and Minnie, Mickey's nephew, long-billed Donald Duck and Horace Horsecollar, each w/different instrument. Slight ring of wear on underside but still bright, glossy and Exc. overall.
