Item Description
Original illustrated cardboard box contains 9.25x14.25x5-1/8" tall hard plastic piano toy w/built-in "Howdy Doody Xylo-Doodle" function. Harmony Toy Group, c. 1950s. Box is evenly aged and shows just lt. edge wear to lid end flap. VF. Piano keys function by pushing button on either side of piano to produce different notes in conjunction w/Xylo-Doodle, producing musical notes individually as well as producing notes in sequence. Piano top has large portrait image of Howdy Doody w/images of Dilly Dally, Mister Bluster, Clarabell and Flub-A-Dub. Surface has lt. aging but still bright and clean. Complete and working. Exc. Comes w/worn original instruction booklet which has some staple rusting and is VG. Great design. Rare and just the second we've offered w/the original box in our 53 years.
