Item Description
11x13x1" deep box contains 10.5" dia. thick cardboard target by Chad Valley, England. 1930s. Lid has instructions printed on inside. Lid features same illustration as target and has two side panel tears and moderate wear to surface paper at center left. Scattered edge/corner tip wear. Box is VG/Fine overall. Set comes w/generic 15.5" long wire bow w/wooden handle and one 9" "arrow" w/rubber suction cup safety tip that has hardened w/age. Set is missing the wooden sticks used to keep the target upright, but these could be easily replaced. Target shows only lt. wear and aside from two spots of oxidation at center nails, remains totally glossy w/strong color. Fine. Scarce set as boxed.
