Item Description
Lot of four 3x4" shield-shaped patches w/silk-screened designs. Fawcett Publications Inc., c. 1946. First patch features flying image of Captain Marvel set against large lightning bolt. Front of patch remains clean and Exc. Captain Marvel Jr. is featured on both blue and dark green bkg. Blue is Exc. Green has some scattered lt. wear to silk-screened design, VF overall. Last patch features Mary Marvel on dark green bkg. (also produced w/blue bkg.). Some lt. aging but VF overall. Captain Marvel and Captain Marvel Jr. retain majority of original backing material while Mary Marvel patch has obvious scattered loss to backing material.
