Huge list of names under "Vice-Presidents" and "Secretaries" we note that George Washington Plunkett and Joseph Pulitzer are among the 728 names listed. Blue pencil marking by the name "Gordon Woodbury" a future Asst. Secretary of the Navy. Seven horizontal folds w/2.25" horizontal separation along fold at top left not affecting text and one vertical fold. Short margin tears and minor separations along edges of folds. VG. First we've seen.
