Item Description
6-5/8x9-7/8" vintage program/scorecard depicting local retail and food advertising along with team rosters from the U.S. International League ball clubs. An image of Fidel Castro appears on the front cover inside a baseball. Highlight of the program is an unscored card detailing the upcoming game between the Cubans and the Rochester Red Wings (IL) club. Starring for Rochester, and at the very end of his career was former Negro League great, Luke Easter. Other International League team rosters included within the program are: Columbus, Miami, Richmond and Buffalo. Program exhibits general wear, including foxing and minor creasing throughout along with a 1" tear at the top of the front cover. VG. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake's COA.
