Item Description
20x26-5/8"stone litho poster printed by Otis Lithograph Co., 1920s. Poster features great art, showcasing "The Celebrated Hong Kong Mysteries," w/owls and bat flying by large grinning statue as men in Asian garb perform tricks and children chase/hold geese. The titular George was noted magician Grover George (1887-1958). Corner chips at bottom corners and .5" and 1" tears at bottom center. Three vertical hairline crease at bottom. Poster o/w remains bright and clean w/deep colors. Fine overall but could be framed for nice display.
