Folded as issued w/some lt. wear but VF overall. Comes w/2.5" tall tin signal whistle which also serves as membership badge w/clip-on back. Some oxidation to interior and scattered spiderwebbing to tin litho, but Fine overall. "Whirlomatic Radio Decoder" folder remains uncut w/intact dial; unused "Be A Captain!" application blank, "Gift Order Form" for "Orphan Annie/Sparkies" premiums and "Safety Guard Defense Bulletin."
