Item Description
Lot of four 1940s anti-Hitler/anti-Axis items. 3.5x5.5" card features "Heel Hitler"design that reveals pop-up Hitler in toilet bowl when heel is listed. Inked inscription on back but Exc. overall. Comes w/4-1/8x7-1/8" magazine clipping noting D.J. Robbins & Co. manufacturer of the "Heel Hitler" card, showing the novelty and listing price. Evenly aged but Exc. Lot also includes pair of rare 4.5x6.25" glow-in-the-dark postcards, both from same series marked "©1942 C.W.R." Card No. 100 features bucking horse w/glow Hitler face on rear while card No. 101 features stereotypical Japanese face on fire hydrant dog is eyeing up. Both have corner foxing but backs remain unused. Both still glow brightly. VF. Rare and first we've seen of either of these in our 53 years.
