Item Description
10-5/8x16" artboard has pen and ink original art by Pete Costanza for page 28 of "Superman's Pal, Jimmy Olsen" #120, published by DC Comics June 1969. Page features five panels, showing Jimmy Olsen bound in first panel and confronted by Climate King, who frees him in second panel so Jimmy can report on his deeds. Jimmy sucker punches Climate King and takes his Sun-Wand, firing it at Climate King's Weather-Maker, which partially deflects the blast and wrecks dam. Jimmy appears in every panel. Top margin has handwritten title, issue/page numbers and month w/editorial notation at bottom center. Top/bottom corners have hole punches, not affecting art. Back has Comics Code Authority inkstamp. Art remains clean and displays Exc.
