Item Description
Men's size 9 and women's size 5 ring pair given to Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide advisors in 1992. Designed by guide creator Bob Overstreet and made by B&B Jewelers in Indianapolis, IN, each ring and the four separate bullets is pure silver. Only 30 sets were made with each ring engraved with a "2" on the inner band. These were fully licensed with each carrying the name of TLR copyright holder Palladium Limited Partners and trademark/copyright text along with the date. One top side of each ring has "Overstreet" with other side having "CBPG" (Comic Book Price Guide) initials. Band of each ring has "19" with small ruby colored stone (also produced with yellow stones) below that and a raised lightning bolt below the stone. Opposite side is identical except date is "92".  Each ring top has a notch to hold a matching flange on the base of each of the two bullets that come with each ring. For each ring, one bullet end in red  reads "Lone Ranger" and the other "Tonto". Sides of the "Tonto" bullets picture a headband design (in yellow) and a feather ( in red).  TLR  bullets have raised crossed six-guns and mask design (in black). Two smaller bullets are 7/8" long and the two larger 1-1/4" long.  Rings and bullets total 3.5 ounces of silver. Normal tarnish but otherwise essentially mint as issued. Originally issued with small envelopes, jeweler bags and information sheet but these are not present. We've been able to offer only four sets since 1992 and this is the lowest (#2) number we've seen of the 30 sets made.
