Item Description
8-1/8x11.25" vintage thin cardboard premium depicts 28 team members in full uniform along w/trainer and one man in formal attire. Back contains handwritten notes at top including 1953 date. The 1953-54 Almendares ball club was the Cuban League champion for that season, w/a final record of 44-28. All individual identifications are presented below the team photo along w/their location in the picture. Premium exhibits numerous creases along w/1" tear at top. Corners exhibit moderate wear. Back of premium has some scattered lt. staining. Good. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake's COA.
