Item Description
8" dia. Two sided on thin coated card stock. A "Milwaukee 20" union bug in field below text "Authorized And Paid For By Wisconsin Volunteers For Kennedy, Jack De Witt, Secy., 110 E. Main St., Madison, Wis." Faint damp stain at 2 o'clock on extreme outer edge only visible on one side. Otherwise only light wrinkling and handling wear. VF. Wisconsin featured as one of the early primary states pitting JFK against MN Senator Hubert H. Humphrey. Kennedy prevailed beating HHH by four points but many remained unconvinced because of Wisconsin's large Catholic population.
