Item Description
Illustrated box contains 16.75" long futuristically designed plastic friction rifle made in Spain for the foreign market by Bernabeu Gisbert, late 70s (circa the original release of "Star Wars"). Unlicensed, but box text translates to "Machine Gun - Star Wars" and box features images of Darth Vader as well as obvious likenesses of Luke Skywalker, C-3PO, R2-D2 and X-Wing and TIE Fighter facing off. Box shows scattered edge/corner tip wear and 1" streak of surface paper lift on end panel from price sticker removal. Fine overall. These guns came in several color varieties and feature no Star Wars graphics or designs. Translucent red windows reveal working sparking function/shooting noise and gun appears unused. Some lt. aging but o/w NM. Rare foreign market toy.
