Item Description
1.25" with light age on W&H back paper and a few dark age dots around the collet. The front has tiny tone trace at 3 and 9 o'clock edges and touch of gray over GE of George, but still retains full color and gloss. Pictured is the son of the Civil War general and the 1904-1909 Mayor of NYC. On the first ballot, he received three votes, but the convention nominated Parker. VF.
