Item Description
15/16" with front brass rim reading "For President 1864" and reverse reading "For Vice President 1864." Has intact small brass loop on the upper edge. Each ferrotype has the names above, "A.Lincoln/A.Johnson", although small loss to the IN of Lincoln. Also loss from outer edge, but Lincoln's image remains very intact. Johnson emulsion has only near microscopic pinpoints of gray color off and displays essentially perfect. Muted but nice original luster on both sides of the brass. Overall Fine.
