10x13" on thin paper w/"Published And Sold By D. S. Holmes Brooklyn E. D." Comparing eight statements by New York Gov. Horatio Seymour assailing the Lincoln administration w/statements by the Revolutionary war turncoat Benedict Arnold "Against Washington And The Continental Congress." Scattered light brown dots of age toning, corner creases at top/bottom left and a .75" vertical tear just affecting border design at top just left of center. VG. Scarce. Seymour would be the Democratic nominee in 1868.
