4" tall. Silvered brass. Hanger shows factory buildings of "Central City City Of Syracuse 1848." Additional hanger text "Democratic State Convention Syracuse N.Y. October 1st 1912." Five pointed star medallion w/slogan "Have Faith In The People" around Wilson portrait. Couple of darker tarnish marks around the Wilson portrait. VF. Issued in limited quantities.
