2.75" tall w/1.25" cello. disc has a "Newark, NJ 3" union bug. Bluetone portrait of Wilson w/text additional text "19-Milwaukee-16" below. Brass shell hanger has "Delegate" insert w/slight wrinkle. Otherwise and extremely clean and rare badge. NM.
