Item Description
2-11/16" in diameter. Colorized black and white headshots. The top half of the background is red, while the bottom half is green. The black text looks almost hand printed. The team name is printed in parentheses. Backs are blank. Actor Michitaro Mizushima is depicted in a baseball uniform in this set. JRM 1A-1H are all similar styles to JRM 1.
Mizuhara was a player and manager in Japan's Nippon Professional Baseball League. He was MVP in 1942 and was inducted into the Japanese Baseball HOF in 1977. Highest graded and only example in the SGC census.
Designated by SGC as from the "Richard Merkin Collection" and comes with Hake's COA.
