Item Description
Rare 3.5" with curl text "Park Row Nov. Co. Inc. Sole Distributor". Joe Pepitone began his Major League baseball career with the New York Yankees in 1962 and remained in New York until 1970 when he joined the Houston Astros and, later that season, the Chicago Cubs. Joe was a three time all-star during his Yankees days and finished with career numbers of .258 along with 219 home runs and 721 RBI's. 98% of the silver flashing has disappeared from the back. There is a very shallow edge dent .5" long at 11 o'clock and the cello covering at one end of the dent area has a tiny narrow crack on its surface. This small mark is not seen from the front. The front has typical light wear in reflected light. Button displays cleanly and with gloss. Fine. Paul Muchinsky Collection Book Example.
