Item Description
This big "cock of the walk" (as the reverse says)  is a full 3.5" tall w/a moveable pin through its comb which allows the piece to flip to view the reverse. The reverse also carries text "Pat. April 8, 1906/The American Art Works, Coshocton, O." The full back ad text is "'The Cock Of The Walk'"/In/Farm Wagons/Pekin Wagon Co.,/Pekin, Illinois".  The front in full "'Wear A Red Rooster And Be A Booster' For 'Pekin' & 'New-Smith/Farm Wagons/Made In Pekin Since 1849".  The cello by the pinhole is intact, not cracked as often happens with cello flips. Among the earliest and certainly the largest known to us. NM displaying Mint, Rare.
