Item Description
9x12" folder (that opens to 18x24") has extensive information promoting stores to run a Welch's Howdy Doody Doll contest drawing. Full details are included such as statistics on other stores successes, photos of displays set up, various store posters, ad mats for newspaper use and much more. Folder shows moderate corner tip wear and some scattered dust soiling. Some faint scattered moisture staining. Fine overall. Comes w/17x22" example of one of the posters shown in the folder, which features an actual size image of the doll. Folded as issued w/scattered wear. VF. Doll shown was the largest of the time and had a moving head, eyes and mouth, w/$8 retail value. Rare and first we've offered in our 53 years.
