Item Description
16x22-1/8" single-sided paper store sign advertises Roy Rogers "Win A Vacation With Me In Hollywood" contest sponsored by Quick Quaker Oats. c. 1950. Sign features great graphics of Roy on rearing Trigger at left w/product image. Contest was held for naming Trigger's son (who is pictured at right. List of some of the other 22,500 contest prizes appears at center. Sign shows obvious wear w/tape pulls at top corners and 1x2.25" piece off lower left and .75x1" corner off lower right. Sign has fold lines and red pencil "X" by Trigger Jr. image. Archival tape repairs on back to 1" tear at center left and center of sign. Just VG overall but very rare and first we've offered in our 53 years. From the archives of premium creators Sam & Gordon Gold and comes with LOA.
