Kellogs premium issued in 1949. Silvered metal base has raised baseball design at top of the bands and ring top holds compartment w/clear plastic cover. Interior is designed as ball field and side edge has tiny metal strip that can be flexed to "hit" a tiny ball inside the compartment that then stops in a tiny circular cut-out marked to indicate a hit or an out. Works. Metal has some scattered edge wear/aging. VF overall.
