Item Description
1/25" tall shied shaped. Enameled brass. Originally has a post on back which has been removed and soldered to the top is a loop so this would be worn from a chain (like the press charms that were produced for certain World Series). Features relief image of Ebbets Field, home to the Brooklyn Dodgers. The 1949 World Series featured the New York Yankees and Brooklyn Dodgers, with the Yankees winning in five games for their second defeat of the Dodgers in three years, and the 12th championship in team history. Trace of luster wear on reverse edges but front shows very little wear. Fine.
