Item Description
8.5 X 11" two sided licensing agreement from Meyer-Blanke Co. St. Louis, partially executed by a Huntington West Virginia distributor, to produce from molds figural frozen confections in the shapes of the characters and known as either Andy Gump or Little Orphan Annie Funy Frostys. This is among the earliest licensed Little Orphan Annie products. Back of "License Agreement" has eight stipulations. Licensees sponsored local "Funy Frostys Clubs" and included are both known varieties of the Club button, one with "Member" on a straight line and one with the word on a curved line. Both buttons are scarce. The license is Exc., the straight line button has all but invisible edge rub but remains glossy and Exc. and the curved line button is NM.
