Item Description
11.5" tall doll made in Spain by Spanish dollmaker Ernesto Cahn. This company made a wonderful line of Disney authorized dolls in the 1930s for sale only in Europe. All are rare as production was low. Their only company markings were string tags, this doll's tag is not included. Doll has high quality mohair body w/long felt bill and feet as well as Donald's eyes, jacket and sailor cap. Wire inserts in legs/arms for posing, one wingtip has small piece poking out, not distracting. Stands for display. Doll is evenly aged and has slight fade to blue of Donald's jacket. White felt of eyes has two tiny holes, o/w doll is clean and Fine overall. Rare and the only example we've offered in our 54 years. A must have for Disney doll collectors.
