Item Description
Large and impressive 7x8x10.5" tall beautifully painted and glazed figurine from the Pinocchio series. Underside has Zaccagnini markings including series number "W80" and complete Walt Disney label. c. 1947. Tip of mustache has chip w/paint touch-up that blends nicely and is only noticeable upon close inspection. Tiny paint touch-up to top of Stromboli's hair. .25" surface flake on shoulder, some tiny chips on leg and a few tiny paint flakes on bottom edge of feet (largest being 1/8"). Figurine remains totally bright and glossy, these minor defects could be easily hidden with professional paint touch-up. Still an incredibly impressive figurine as is, displays VF. All the pieces by this company are rare and this is only the third Stromboli we've seen in our 54 years.
