Original 5.25x7.25" mailing envelope (w/hand-addressed, corrected address) contains 4x5.75" artboard w/pen and ink original art w/watercoloring featuring Little Orphan Annie and Sandy w/balloon caption "Leapin' Lizards! Lookie Sandy - Isn't That Our Friend Bill Jones?" to which Sandy responds "Arf!" Art is by Little Orphan Annie creator Harold Gray (1894-1968) and has been signed at lower left. Back has some mounting residue at corners. Front has some lt. scattered dust soiling but remains VF/Exc. Comes w2.75x4.75" slip of paper that has been boldly signed in black in by Gray. Exc.
